1. Full refund: Pick-up cancellation refund requested within 48 hours of scheduling the trip request

2. Raincheck (use fare money towards another future trip request) will be given or fifty percent (50%) of the paid fare will be refunded 48 hours (2 days) or more before the scheduled pick-up date/time.

3.  If I, "The Taxi Lady," have an emergency situation and I am unable to accommodate your scheduled pick-up, you will receive a full refund of your fare plus tip that was paid in advance.

4.  No refund: If a scheduled trip request is cancelled on the same day, or 24 hours before the actual pickup for any reason & no future accommodations are  needed or cannot be rescheduled.
