So, after reading the Yelp! reviews, I dropped a message through yelp and arranged for a return trip to the local airport. I got an immediate reply (within 3 min.) that was very polite. After 2-3 text lines, I was all set and waited for pick up. Eunice, my driver, was precise, on time, and very personable. We talked about the area, gave me some local information, and told me a bit about her family. She is a wonderful, caring Mom. Also, a VERY good driver. She didn't speed, was very careful in traffic, and knew exactly where she was going. It was a great ride. All I can say is, if you need a ride in Huntsville, call The Taxi Lady first. The other reviews I read were "right on the money" - and so is Eunice!

"If you can get a ride with the Taxi Lady - she is the one to go with! She is faithful to respond if you email her through the Yelp message service if you need a ride, or call her I suppose. When I arrived at the airport she was unavailable at the time so I had to go with the regular taxi cab. But there's nothing better than to know by other Yelp reviews what a business is like! Flying back, I emailed her a day in advance if she could pick me up at 5 AM on a Sunday in a rule suburb of Huntsville. She was absolutely right on time when she arrived in her pink van. She is efficient, pleasant, knowledgeable, and has a good business work ethic and is going places.
